150 यूनिट प्रतिमाह निशुल्क बिजली योजना - अंतर्गत राजस्थान डिस्कॉम के बिल जारी करने की गणना

a) Where monthly consumption from all sources is upto 150 Units:
The consumer shall be eligible for 150 units of free electricity under the scheme. Accordingly, the payable bill amount shall be borne by the DISCOM as part of savings on power purchase cost. If Solar Plant Capacity is 1.1 kW or more then the benefit of up to 150 Units per Month Nishulk Bijli Yojana will be provided to eligible consumers irrespective of power generations. Further no other benefits / relief is to be given to consumer if Solar Plant Capacity is 1.1 kW.

Example: Monthly detail of one eligible consumer under the Scheme is as under:
Solar Generated (A) = 150 units
Self-Use (B) = 25 units
Total Import (C) = 125 units
Total Export (D) = 125 units
Total consumption from all sources (E = B + C) = 150 units (Eligible for Zero bill amount)
Net Import (F = C − D) = 0 units
Payable Amount by Consumer (G) = 0 (Zero Amount) after benefit of such scheme.

b) Where monthly consumption from all sources is above 150 Units:
The bill amount shall be payable by the consumer.

Example: Monthly detail of one eligible consumer under the Scheme is as under:
Solar Generated (A) = 150 units
Self-Use (B) = 25 units
Total Import (C) = 130 units
Total Export (D) = 125 units
Total consumption from all sources (E = B + C) = 155 units
Net Import (F = C − D) = 5 units

Payable Amount by Consumer (G) = Full amount as per Net Metering Regulations (Payable amount of 5 units and all other charges i.e. fixed charges, Reg. surcharge, ED, UC as applicable).

Provided that Monthly Consumption here means the Sum of Self Use Units of RTS generation and Total Import Units as recorded in Net Meter during the billing period.
